Sadona Farms: A Small Urban Farm with Big Heart Welcome to Sadona Farms, a proud USDA-classified small urban farm situated on 10 acres. Owned and operated by Daniel, a Marine Corps veteran, and Robin, a pediatric nurse, our farm is a labor of love that combines our passion for community and fresh, local living. At Sadona Farms, we grow a vibrant variety of vegetables, supplying the area’s farmers markets, our roadside farm stand, and local chefs who value fresh, high-quality produce. Our hardworking honeybees play a vital role in pollinating our crops, ensuring healthy plants and abundant harvests. While they occasionally bless us with small batches of golden honey, it’s their behind-the-scenes work that truly keeps the farm thriving—and yes, when we do have honey, it goes fast! You’ll also find free-range chickens providing fresh eggs daily, and plenty of lively farm sounds to start your day. Early mornings bring the crow of our roosters, the chatter of hens, and sometimes the proud call of our peacocks. It’s all part of the charming rhythm of life here, along with the distant hum of a train about half a mile away—a gentle reminder you’re still close to everything, yet wonderfully removed. From May through October, our seasonal farm stand is stocked with freshly harvested vegetables, homemade jams, salsas, free-range eggs, and irresistible seasonal treats like blackberry and peach cobbler. For your convenience, we’re happy to deliver these farm-fresh goodies—including hot breakfasts like biscuits and gravy or fluffy pancakes—right to your RV door. Located just 3 miles off I-65, Sadona Farms is a cozy retreat offering gravel, wood chip, and grass sites, along with limited 15/30/50 amp electric hookups. When requesting a stay, please let us know if you’ll need a hookup and specify the amp required. Relax and soak in the pace of farm life, where each day begins with nature’s chorus and ends with a sense of calm and connection.
