I have one parking spot available for an RV, adjacent to my part-time home, that sits right on the shore of Parlin Pond (sometimes referred to as "Lake Parlin" on some maps). I have half an acre with a small home on it, the core of which is a 1905 era log cabin. My driveway comes directly off US 201 (historically, "The Old Canada Road"). I am 2+ hours from both Augusta, Maine and Quebec City, Quebec. I have water, sewer, and 50 amps available for visitors. Trailers or motorhomes over 30 feet will be a little tight, but I can likely accommodate just about any rig. There are no slopes to contend with, just some branches and roof lines. Your RV will be about 100 feet from the water, with a view of the pond, with is about two miles long by a half mile wide. It is good for fishing, swimming, and boating. You are welcome to use my canoe. There are dozens of lakes, ponds, streams and rivers within a 45 minute drive if you want to fly fish. If you are into hiking or biking, there are at least a dozen good trails within 30 minutes. The black flies are gone by the fourth of July, so very few bug issues after that. There are no commercial tourist sites within an hour, so we are not a good base for that sort of vacationing, but there are ten of thousands of acres of wilderness to explore all around us, cost free. Or, just have a cocktail by the campfire and relax!
