Located on the Kennebec River in the capitol city of Augusta, Maine! We travel throughout the winter, but wouldn't want to be anyplace else May - October! The State Capitol building is visible from our home and a short drive away are mulitple trails and great restaurants. Augusta is a happening place! A day visit to Boothbay is less than an hour away. Stay close and relax by the river or go off for a day exploring and/or antiquing. We're on-leash dog friendly with well socialized dogs. There are a couple of dog parks within a 5-10 minute drive. Walmart delivers to our location and Hannaford is two minutes away.
