You're invited to enjoy a peaceful mountain top experience, with level parking and space to enjoy nature. We're centrally located between Hagerstown & Frederick (MD) & Waynesboro (PA). Visit nearby Catoctin Mountain Park, Catoctin Zoo, or Cunningham Falls State Park. Enjoy the beautiful scenic views and natural beauty on your way in/out. We're within 10-20 minutes of convenience, such as Dollar General, Fuel, Walmart, and 5 miles from a dump site (at Cunningham Falls SP). This will be a quiet space to unwind, or use as a base camp for your Mountain Top adventures. There is plenty of space for "fur babies" to roam, but wild life is plentiful, and we do have neighbors. So, please be a RESPONSIBLE pet owner (keep them safe & pick up after them). We have plenty of room for multiple rigs, if you're traveling with a group. However, due to the angle of the driveway, larger rigs (over 40 feet) may scrape at the entrance, from the roadway to our driveway. Be aware of this, and please follow our travel directions carefully. We're NOT responsible for any damages that the roadway may cause to your equipment.
