About
We have a ~1 acre field ready for you to come enjoy on the Pine River! Our field is at the end of a paved road just before it curves around and becomes dirt. We get very little traffic out here so it is very quiet. It is easy to turn into here. You are welcome to park your rig wherever you'd like. The field is fairly flat not super bumpy and shouldn't be a problem to get leveled. There is not much shade here which is great if you have solar. If you have a generator, run it as much as you want. You can walk or ride your bikes down the road or walk on our river trail and go down to the lower bank to fish. We get lots of wildlife here and it is relaxing just to sit and watch the river and listen to the birds. You might even get to see an eagle fly by or a deer jump in the water. You will be parking in the field but we also own the woods where you will find a beautiful walking trail to enjoy.
Verizon is pretty good here. At the time of this posting I'm getting 32.2 down but up is very poor at .27. I have been able to work from here and stream TV.
There is a campground 6.5 miles away which has a dump station ($15?) or the Midland Waste Water Treatment Plant has a free dump that is 14 miles away.
"Town" is about 15-25 minutes away where there are many grocery stores (Costco ,Kroger, Family Fare, Aldi, Walmart or Mejier (local grocery)), auto and home improvement stores, and many chain and some local restaurants.
