About
This 50-acre property offers guests a rare blend of peaceful countryside charm and wine-country sophistication. Set between the shores of Lake Charlevoix and Lake Michigan, the location features a distinctive vintage Airstream tasting room where visitors can sample an excellent selection of wines and ciders. The spacious grounds include a 10-acre vineyard, wooded walking trails, and a scenic one-mile horse track, creating abundant opportunities for quiet exploration and relaxation among grazing horses, chickens, and roaming wildlife.
The property's convenient location makes it an ideal base for outdoor recreation and exploration. A bike path accessible directly from the entrance connects guests to charming nearby towns, with Charlevoix just 2.5 miles away and scenic routes extending toward Harbor Springs and beyond. Within walking distance, guests will find dining options and easy access to Lake Michigan's beaches, while the surrounding area offers fossil hunting, local attractions, and opportunities to explore Petoskey and other nearby destinations.
Guests consistently praise the peaceful, private atmosphere and spacious parking areas that accommodate various rig sizes with minimal leveling required. Bathrooms are clean and well-maintained, and the property's thoughtful layout keeps the overnight camping area separate from the tasting facilities, ensuring quiet nights. During peak season, Saturday music events and special occasions bring vibrant energy to the outdoor seating areas, while those seeking tranquility can enjoy the property's natural beauty year-round. Those visiting during harvest season (September–October) are invited to participate in grape harvesting activities followed by mimosas.
