About
We are a robotic dairy farm, an award-winning artisan cheese factory, and as of May 2024 the only Farm "CreamStillery" (cheese plant + whey filtration + distillery) utilizing the milk sugar provided by our whey, from milk, from our cow’ feed, from our land. Including driveway we are a 1.8 mile gravel drive from tar, just 18 miles south of the interstate. The drive is worth it. You’ll love the sounds and the view!

Items to Purchase
Tours, cheese, spirits, food, drinks, Minnesota and Midwest made foods. Foods are gluten free. Welcome to Redhead Creamery and Jer-Lindy Farms Welcome to our Harvest Host area. As you come up our long driveway, you may take a left toward the wind break/tall evergreens and position your RV on either side as you feel best. We wanted to let you know a few of the routines we have to help with your stay. You are staying nearby our residence, where Lucas and Alise as our family of five with three young kids lives and another home where Jerry and Linda live. We are a working dairy farm and as such we do have heavy equipment moving around at certain times of the day. If you are outside, you will hear skid steer loaders and tractors running from around 5 AM to 8 AM each morning. At around 5:30 AM the skid loader will be near the Harvest Host areas, as that is when we add fresh bedding to the super hutch for young calves. In the evening, a skid steer loader will run between 5 and 7 PM for a short amount of time, but depending on the season, we could have other tasks throughout the day. We are careful and accustomed to guests but would ask that you stay vigilant of the equipment, especially in the case of a skid steer loader where vision is extremely difficult for the driver. Stay far away from all heavy equipment. Our kitchen is currently open until 4 PM on Thursday, and 5 pm Friday and Saturday. We open each day at 11 am. We have $10 Farm tours at 12:30 PM Friday and Saturday. We hope to be able to give you a 30 minute walk around and depending on our availability to do more request, and will make every attempt to open the store for you either that evening or the next morning. Obviously, as a dairy farm, we have animals, including cattle and sheep, along with some cats and bunnies. We ask that you ask permission before petting or handling them. We can point them out in our introduction because there’s always a chance that an animal is sick. And in addition to disease, stress is one of the biggest things that humans can convey toward animals. So in our introduction, we can certainly go over ground rules of which animals would be good to handle. Regardless, we strongly encourage you to wash your hands after interacting with any animals. We currently have about a dozen different cheeses that we make along with cheeses made by others available for sale. We have Minnesota made beer, wine, and by mid June 2024 should have our milk spirits able to be sold as we are awaiting the final commissioning of our Distillery. We take pride in giving the best presentation of our animals and Farm to you, but between weather, equipment, issues, and problems of the day we are still a working farm, and therefore things will purposefully be appearing to be a little dirty from time to time, and a lot of people like it that way! As far as the Harvest Host site, we have an open grassy field that we use for parking on the east side of the trees and then four rows of young trees you can park between on the west side. Please be careful not to park on the rows of trees. We have up to four sites available on given nights and will often have more than one RV. Please let us know if you want to arrange anything ahead of time with the specific timing or if we can make your stay even better.
