We are a robotic dairy farm, an award-winning artisan cheese factory, distillery with cocktail bar, and as of May 2024 the World's Only Farm "CheeseStillery" (cheese plant + whey filtration + distillery) utilizing the milk sugar provided by our whey, from milk, from our cow’ feed, from our land. We have Minnesota beer and wine as well as an extensive gluten-free menu (we have a family of Celiacs) as well as non-gluten free items. People come for our smashburgers and pan fried curds, while others love Brie paninis, deep fried curds (gluted free with a dedicated fryer), salad or our bread pudding. Oh, and did we mention cocktails? Including driveway we are a 1.8 mile gravel drive from tar, just 18 miles south of the interstate. The drive is worth it. You’ll love the sounds and the view! Farm Tours are EVERY Friday and Saturday at 12:30, lasting 1.5 hours. They are $10 per person. Farm tours cover the history of our farm and land, then a walk through of each stage of animal.
