About
Bodie's Brook is a 5 acre residential property located between Bolivar and Springfield. Access to the location is a gravel road. The location is very secluded within the trees. Guinea fowls and chickens free range on the property during the day. Fresh eggs are often available. It is common to see native wildlife on the property. Near by attractions include Branson and Table Rock Lake (about an hours drive). Stockton Lake and Pomme de Terre Lake (both are about a 30 minute drive). The world famous original Bass Pro location is only 30 minutes away.

Electrical box is located on the side of house next to the the meter box.
Water is well water that has been tested and is safe for consumption and is located near the flower beds.
$10 a night for both services.
No sewer or dump available, no dumping on the ground.
There is a propane fire pit and seating area available for use near the parking space. Propane tank may be available for use, if not your own tank can be used.
