Aly’s @ Sugars is the dream of Alyson Hyder, an entrepreneur who has a successful restaurant in Taos and is now developing this second location. Sugars has a history of over 25 years of serving award winning burgers and BBQ. The original owners, now deservingly retired, still live at the property in the main homestead and are passing on the torch to Aly to take Sugars to another level. The orchard is being developed into an RV park with each space having your very own fruit baring apple tree. Sugars is open 7 days a week and still serving the famous Sugar Burger and mammoth Sugar Daddy. The menu has expanded with Aly’s touches of her hometown roots in New Zealand so offers savory meat pies, Real Fruit Ice Cream and quite possibly the best gyros you’ve ever had. There are big plans for the property with riverside camping a bakery and farm to table dining using fresh, organic food grown on this magical piece of land. We welcome you to Sugars!
