mowed lawn area with a creek and a beautiful waterfall. Peaceful setting with the sound of water going over the waterfall to put you to sleep Suggested Local Attractions:We are located in Southwestern New York. 50 miles north of Erie Pennsylvania and 50 mi.² south of Buffalo New York. 1 mile off I 86. If you are traveling east and west across New York interstate 86 is a more scenic route than interstate 90. We are 20 miles from Allegany State Park which of is one of the largest state parks in New York. We are surrounded by farm country We have an Amish community nearby that is very interesting to visit. Many shops that have everything from candy toys and furniture along with produce in season. There is tax free gas one exit east of Randolph at steamburg ny Saves you around $.30 per gallon

Parking & Arrival
Access Road Conditions: Paved road all the way to my parking area. Driveway pulling in is approximately 1 1/2 vehicle width wide. Larger vehicles can back in. It’s a little tricky getting into my spot. You must be able to backup your vehicle pretty well. Also follow the directions on getting here. Do not turn left up pine hill rd but continue 100 yrds on Bowen Road to the bridge the parking area is before the bridge on the left.
