House Rules
Alpaca pastures or paddocks may be entered only when accompanied by one of the host family members. Please respect the other campers but feel free to interact with them as much as is comfortable for both parties. Participation in farm chores is optional and welcomed. Feed the alpacas only foods approved by one of the family members. Please place all recycling materials in the provided bin.
Items to Purchase
Alpaca fibre is extremely soft, warm, and comfortable to wear. Our socks are available in either a dress sock or a thicker terry sock, great for hiking, biking, golfing or any active use. Shawls and sweaters are warm but at the same time wick away moisture making them comfortable to wear year round. The hypo-allergenic property of alpaca products makes it a hit with most people. Toques, scarves, mitts, insoles, blankets and duvets are also part of our offerings to you. Children (and adults) love to interact with the alpacas and often purchase a stuffed alpaca toy or finger puppet to take home with them. Hides of all colours are also available to purchase, as well as alpaca meat.
