About
Imagine waking up to the gentle hum of alpacas and a pastoral symphony of nature's sounds in the heart of Oregon's picturesque wine country. Our 50-acre haven is an RV camping experience unlike any other, where serene pastures and whispering woods beckon for a relaxing retreat. Here, amidst the flourishing Willamette Valley, the stresses of life fade away and are replaced by the charm of farm living. As much a sanctuary for animals as it is for humans, our property is home to a herd of roughly 70 alpacas, whose peaceful presence sets the tone for a unique camping experience. Our furry companions are watched over by gentle Great Pyrenees guardian dogs, whose dedication to the herd ensures their safety. Due to our vigilant canine friends, we kindly ask that you leave your beloved dogs at home for this visit. Adventure awaits as you explore the farm's pastures and wooded trails, perfect for reconnecting with nature and indulging in a bit of exercise. Our farm store is a little treasure trove showcasing the wonders of alpaca fiber, with handmade products that are as unique as they are warm. For a truly memorable experience, ask about our AlpacaTrek, an opportunity to lead on a haltered alpaca along a laid-back trail through the forest and rolling hills, available for just $20 per person. It's an activity enjoyed by visitors of all ages, promising interaction with these enchanting creatures as well as a chance to soak in the tranquil atmosphere of our farm. Those with a penchant for the finer things will revel in the proximity to over 50 wineries, offering a multitude of options for wine tasting and relaxation. For a dash of history and aviation thrills, the Evergreen Air and Space Museum, with the famed Spruce Goose, is merely a 10-minute journey away. And if you long for coastal vistas, the Oregon coast lies a scenic 45-minute drive from our farmstead. At our RV camping destination, prepare for peaceful nights under the stars, albeit with the occasional reminder that nature's guardian dogs are ever-watchful. Light sleepers be aware, their protective barks are a testament to their love for their herd. Come, indulge in a patchwork of experiences woven together by the pastoral charm and natural beauty of our beloved farm.
