A quiet and peaceful rural location with wonderful views southwest of Portland. Close access to Newberg, Hillsboro, Beaverton, McMinnville and the Willamette Valley wine region. Portland approximately 40 minutes away. Oregon coast approximately 1 3/4 hours away. Note: Home and shop recently painted green.

Large parking area and driveway allows turnarounds and backing into RV spot with access to power. Our entry drive is beyond the house (landmarks are solar panels and shop). Separate parking space available for 2nd vehicle, if needed.
