A heron patiently awaits her lunch. To greet you is an 18th century stone mill and the adjoining miller’s house; the winery comes into view in the distance. As you enter the shadow cast by its towering arches and peaks. You marvel that the building does not look out of place with the others that are 200 years its senior.
