Located less than ten minutes south of Saskatoon - out beautiful "Valley Road". Paved roads up to the last half mile. Grassy spot for you to park with a few different parking options. Fire pit available. Property includes walking trails through the Prairies and working on small MTB skills park in yard if you're into that kind of thing. Walking distance to playground, tennis court, and small disc golf course. Within five minute drive, you will find Black Fox Distillery, Crickle Creek Play Centre, Strawberry Ranch, the Berry Barn and Poplar Bluffs beaches. We are a family of four who are quite active and enjoy the "simple life" on our acreage. We are avid campers and travel mainly through western-Canada (Fernie is our unofficial second home) but we venture out where ever we can as our schedules allow. We are laid back country people and all things that go with that. If we're around and any fixes are needed, we probably have the tools to do that so don't hesitate to ask. We teach and preach integrity, respect and honesty to our children and that is all we expect from our guests :)!
