Hello I’m Kevin, I’m the gypsy of the family and I come to my house in Summerville typically just when I am looking for work since I am a merchant mariner. My mother ,Jennifer, vacations here about once a month and manages the campers/tenants. This location in SC is about 30 from the 1-95 and from Charleston. I usually stay in my camper trailer when I am in town.

Older quiet neighborhood so please be considerate of our neighbors. Big fan of travel. Dog friendly but please be courteous and clean up. I look forward to your stay.

Back your vehicle all the way down the main driveway until you get to the traffic cone (this is the straight away that ends to the left of the front deck).Crushed slag gravel driveway. For separate tow vehicle please keep it in front of your vehicle. That way it takes up as little space as possible. There is limited space for turning around, BACKUP only into space from the street.
