About
Nestled in the foothills of Tennessee approximately nine miles from Interstate 75, this sprawling 202-acre estate showcases over 6,000 muscadine vines across 35 acres of meticulously maintained vineyards. Set at an average elevation of 1,150 feet and ringed by sweeping mountain views, the property offers a serene retreat in the Tennessee Overhill Heritage Area—ideally positioned for exploring the nearby Cherohala Skyway. The expansive grounds accommodate RVs of various sizes with level, grassy parking areas situated directly within the vineyard landscape, providing unobstructed panoramic views of the surrounding peaks.
Guests are invited to experience the distinctive character of this location through tastings in a rustic tasting room built from 200-year-old logs, complemented by a reconstructed historic farmhouse lounge. The property features six varieties of muscadine grapes—including Nesbit and Noble red varieties, and Carlos, Doreen, Magnolia, and Sterling bronze varieties—crafted into a range of wines and hard ciders that showcase the unique, robust flavor profile of this native fruit. During September and October harvest season, visitors can participate in pick-your-own muscadine experiences, while year-round events celebrate the regional bounty and cultural heritage.
The setting creates an ideal backdrop for relaxation, with guests consistently noting the exceptional sunrise and sunset views, the peaceful quiet of the hilltop location, and the opportunity to enjoy local wine and carefully curated regional products—from muscadine juices and jellies to artisan cheeses and specialty foods. Arriving guests receive warm, welcoming assistance with parking and guidance throughout their stay, while the knowledgeable tasting room staff provide informative introductions to the vineyard's offerings. The combination of natural beauty, thoughtful hospitality, and quality products has established this destination as a memorable stop for those traveling through the region.
