About
We live on a 3.75 acre plot and the way the property is situated we can host up to 10 rigs. We have 4 sites with full 50 amp/30 amp hookups (water & electric) (one site has one of the dump sites also) and 6 dry boondocking sites (however we can run electric cords to most of those locations also and water to some.) The full hookup sites will be by our house with 50amp/30 amp service and water and 2 dump sites are also available. The full hookup sites are on a first come first serve basis. The sites will be approx. 400 ft. off State Hwy 8 South, 4 miles south of Interstate 30 (Exit 201), approximately 20 miles west of Texarkana, Texas. We prefer that no alcohol or tobacco is used outside of the R.V. because of health reasons (smoke allergies). Pets are welcome and we have a fenced yard they are welcome to run in. Gravel road to grass sites. We are able to accommodate large RV's ( even 45 ft.) with no problems (even with towed vehicles). We prefer no late check ins (after dark) unless its an emergency as it is more difficult to get parked and set up. We are happy to be a Hall of Fame Host for Boondockers Welcome.
Suggested Local Attractions:Lakes within 10 miles-155 mile to Dallas- 155 miles to Little Rock Ar. Pioneer Days Festival and Rodeo in August each year. Trade Days Antique etc. booths and food booths held at Trailhead Park in New Boston, TX each month. 20 minute drive to Texarkana, TX on Interstate 30 for fine dining and theater attractions, and Texarkana Convention Center. One hour drive to Jefferson, Texas - a very scenic antique town.

Loves boondocking, friendly, loves meeting new people and hearing about new places, loves pets and loves retirement but above all we love our God and Jesus Christ!
Details:
I am 88 years old ; Ginny is 75 years old and Georgia is 100 years old. Ginny & I retired from the banking industry. Georgia (Ginny's Mom) has been a great homemaker. I was born in the South while Ginny and Georgia were born in the West. We like RVing and are thrilled to get back to it after an absence of 19 years. We love to camp by lakesides and just hang out and meet new people. Neither of us drink or smoke because of health. We have a 100-year old mother who thinks she is 60 years old . We have a new rescue Shih Tzu, Misty, who is 4 years old and a darling. We all love gardening, flowers, bird-watching, squirrel-watching and enjoying beautiful sunsets. We also enjoy feeding our gold fish and koi (which come when we call or whistle to them). We enjoy working with our Alpine village which is 16ft .long and 8 ft. wide The village contains 165 buildings,765 figurines, 2 trains and 2,032 trees. Ginny designed the layout. The village has a business district, a residential district, several farm areas, ski chair lifts, ski chalets and houses, Swiss/German Alpine resort area, and a replica of Kensington Palace (in commemoration of Princess Diana),a Thomas Kinkade house (which tells "The night before Christmas story as each room lights up),and is surrounded on three sides by 8 Ft high purple snow capped mountains. We love hosting other Boondockers and don't want to miss any opportunity to fulfill Hebrews 13: 1 & 2.
