House Rules
Please keep pets away from the animal enclosures Visitors are welcome to throw trash in our dumpster outside the gate. Please clean up dog poo. Visitors may go through the green gate on the north side of the kangaroo enclosure to visit with donkeys, alpacas, and llama on your own initiative. Please do not enter the kangaroo or camel enclosure without an escort from your hosts. Visitors can tag along with hosts at chore time to get hands-on with the animals. Chore time ~8:45 am and just prior to dusk. A few items from the store are available at the "Wranch"--just ask if you'd like to peruse.
Items to Purchase
Guided tours to meet the animals of Wassermann Wranch are available. We have regular tours Saturday and Sunday at 10 or 10:30. Book a spot on these tours in advance. If those times are not convenient, you are welcome to join us at chore time. We usually head out to feed between 8:30 and 9 in the morning and just before dark in the evening (the evening feeding time changes as the days lengthen/shorten). Our regular tour fee is $10 per person. You can also shop our store, Wassermann's, in downtown Alpine (203 W. Holland Ave.). The store features luxurious alpaca items, unique gifts, and great souvenirs. We also accept donations. Donation links via PayPal and Venmo can be found on our host page. THANK YOU!
