About
Unleash the adventurer within and elevate your RV camping experience with a pastoral retreat where education, nature, and comfort converge. Tucked just one hour north of Salt Lake City, our destination is a gem for those seeking a tranquil escape with a side of learning. Here, we extend a warm invitation to rest and recharge at our seven-acre teaching farm, which operates with a heart for both hospitality and enlightenment. As you roll in with your RV, ease of access is guaranteed with paved roads leading to a firm packed gravel parking area, complete with a circular driveway for effortless maneuverabilityno backing required. Should the winter wonderland cloak our farm, our grounds remain navigable, frequently clear of snow. For your convenience, electrical hookups are available to power your comforts, and potable water beckons for a nominal fee. Prepare to be charmed by a menagerie of roughly 60 alpacas, alongside a welcoming committee of family dogs, horses, hens, ducks, and more, all thriving under the watchful eyes of our devoted livestock guardian dogs. Embrace an optional educational ranch tour, where for a modest contribution, you can immerse in the world of alpacas, gain insight into their care, and witness the synergy of life on our farm. While the alpaca-themed store brims with unique findsfrom homegrown honey to handcrafted itemsyour visit supports the soulful purpose of our farm. Bask in the panorama of mountains, and if your passions skew to the slopes, rejoice in our proximity to not one, but 11 ski resorts, allowing for snowy escapades by day and cozy RV serenity by night. Communication is key; we are ready to welcome you, help with parking, and guide you through our store and services with just a quick text upon arrival. Your journey could even lead to hands-on farm experiences, for those who wish to dive into daily chores with gusto. Our farm is a beacon for the connected traveler, boasting strong cell reception for major carriers, though Wi-Fi remains as elusive as the gentle peacocks that saunter through our land. For questions, special needs, or changes in plans, we are but a text away, always primed to accommodate your expedition to the fullest. The surrounding natures beauty is matched only by our commitment to your enriching stay and the farm's vibrant community life. As your hosts, we not only reside here but are integral to the daily ebb and flow of farm life, ensuring a stay rippling with authenticity and warmth. Get ready to be a part of our ever-growing tapestry of friends and learners, where the RV meets the rhythms of rural charm and the enriching embrace of life on the farm awaits.
