Step back in time with RV camping at a fully preserved WWII heavy bomber training base featuring 90 original structures. Explore two on-site museums housed in the Officer’s Club and control tower complex, climb the 60-foot control tower, wander the nurses’ quarters and C-123 “Con Air” aircraft, or join the Flightline Tour to see hangars, a bombsight vault and atomic bomb loading pit. Level paved and gravel parking make for quiet dry camping, with donations supporting ongoing restoration.
