I am centrally located in a neighborhood in Salt Lake City. My street isn’t a main road but it is busier than a side street so there can be more traffic during the busier parts of the day like early morning/evening. However, it’s usually pretty quiet and also kid friendly. Coffee shop and laundromat within walking distance. Access to I-80 and I-15 is minutes away as well as grocery stores, gas, food, bars, and parks (and a dog park). Less than 10 minutes to downtown, 40 minutes to ski areas in Big and Little Cottonwood Canyon and Park City, about an hour to Snowbasin, and just over an hour to Powder Mountain. Also close to lots of hiking and climbing. I have water at the driveway and can provide wifi (most guests are able to get the signal but no guarantees haha). I am in and out a lot but always happy to host!
