About
We're in a rural subdivision with an HOA. Covenants allow RV's but we like to be discrete-ish, so no lawn chairs or barbecues. We are convenient to major MD, DC, and northern VA metro areas, and also in a good location for crossing between I-81 and I-95.
Suggested Local Attractions:Harpers Ferry, Washington, DC, Hollywood Casino's. VA Wineries.
Not suitable for large RV's pulling a trailer. Flat towed vehicles ok if you unhook.

Details:
My wife and I are in our forties and have 4 children and one dog. We camp several weekends throughout the season and like to keep our travel legs short due to the kids.

Access Road Conditions:
Rural subdivision, so all paved, some speed bumps. I've owned various rigs from 40ft motorhome with toad to a custom C7 truck pulling a 40ft fifth wheel and have gotten them in and out without problems. Just take your time and be careful.
