Hello and welcome! Here at Valkyrie Springs, we are a small scale, eco-restorative, biodynamic, and all-natural medicinal and culinary herb farm nestled in the Potomac Highlands of West Virginia with natural springs thousands of years old providing the cleanest waters to enhance wellness. We are a woman and veteran-owned farm. Here you will find expansive mountain forest areas, where we participate in specialized forest farming of at-risk plants. You will also find meadows, streams, and marsh areas where we wild-forage medicinal herbs. In addition, we have other traditional naturally-grown herbs and vegetables. We are also home to chickens and sometimes turkeys on our farm. There is nothing like a farm-fresh egg! In our shop, we have a wide range of herbal offerings for you to enjoy! Due to COVID-19, we ask that you browse online, and we will deliver right to your RV before you leave! We also are in the process of expanding our operations, so please pardon our dust! While here, we also have areas to hike, catch-and-release fish, go on wild herb walks, and just relax. When you reserve, you will also receive a link to a form on our website so we can get to know you, and you can get to know us. This will include rules on our farm, instructions, and other housekeeping while you are here. Return of this additional form is required within 24 hours of your reservation, and/or prior to your arrival. We do provide a fire pit at each of our sites but ask that you do not bring outside wood due to invasive species. We will provide wood for you. Pets: We welcome your furry friends and family at your own risk. Pets should remain leashed at all times, as we are home to extensive wildlife. While here, you may see bears, bald eagles, hawks, ravens, fox, coyotes, song birds, ground hogs, white tail deer, and more! We wish to keep everyone safe, including our flock.
