This property is on the north-west side of Wasilla in the Meadow Lakes area within the Mat-Su Valley. The property is 20 minutes away from stores-downtown Wasilla. Gas stations within 10 minutes of the property. Easy access to the Parks Highway, Hatcher's Pass, an hour and half from Talkeetna, and 20 minutes from the Iditarod Museum. Lot's of pluses to staying on the property. I am in education with summers off and on the property the majority of the time, happy to help with anything you might need, and share the play set/yard/fire pit with my family.
