We own 20 acres just north of Fife Lake, Michigan, just off 131. 20 acres of primarily woods, lots of trails, bird watching, and nature in general. Close to Traverse City, mountain biking, boating, skiing, and off-road trails, and many popular sights. We have our primary home on the property and can accommodate 1 or 2 larger rigs and several smaller van life rigs or smaller trailers. You can reach the MCCCT and access to dirtbike single track about 1.5 miles from our driveway. We are dirtbike friendly and happy to host the likes.

We can accommodate 1 rig 45 ft plus on a gravel pad, we can accommodate several smaller rigs depending on your needs. As mentioned we have areas in our woods, other less level areas, and we live on a hill so if towing make sure you are comfortable backing. Our driveway is up a hill and is gravel, be careful, at times it can be sandy at the bottom and soft in spots after a rain. The RV pad is at the top left of the drive.

We have 2 dogs that are contained by an invisible fence so they are loose at times. Solo stove-type fire pits are fine and we have a fire pit area. We have water and basic power available depending on the length of your extension cord. Overlanders are welcome to take their rigs into our woods on the trails, there will be branches rubbing.
