About
Big Willow Farm is a historical ranch and operating orchard with farm structures dating to 1890. The adobe house on the property is currently undergoing restoration. The property served as a chapel and community gathering place for locals and family over the years and was most recently owned by a renowned water colorist and author. Orchards on the property include apples, pears, cherries, and apricots. The property borders the Embudo River and has a wonderful parking location beneath a large grove of Birch trees and ancient Willows, hence the name Big Willow Farm. The parking area is accessed by a circular driveway for easy access.
