As long as no drama, no complications with your stay (examples include but not limited to: loose pets, lack of pet clean up, trash, disturbing other guests, etc etc), we can accommodate longer stays. This is a by invitation only in the sense that we will offer it (or not) after the first day). There is a water fill and dump facility less than 10 miles away, but we can also provide water fill. We will only ask for a donation to Clover Recycling for the additional nights or amenities.

A 2.5 acre big parking lot that was once asphalt but mostly hard crumbly gravel now. We are using funds raised towards upgrading the parking lot! It is completely fenced and a code can be provided if the gate is locked after hours. Generators are fine as this is considered an industrial zoned location. Water filling is possible from inside the building entrance.

Vintage and retro household items. We also sell current decor and crafting supplies for 50 cents a pound. We have a crafting area, a vendor area, and even an event area with projectors and seating for over 50 visitors.
