RV Camping in Kansas

The setting was great. A great parking spot with a comfortable relaxing "porch". We were welcomed by some of the regulars who came by and visited. The nearby movie theater was showing a newly released movie at a great rate. We got a hamburger at the next door bakery and it was great. We walked a few blocks for an enjoyable walk at the city park. It was neat, welcoming and artistic touches throughout the community decorating the library and a remembrance or serenity Park in downtown. As an added bonus, we attended Sunday worship at one of the local congregations where we were welcomed and blessed.

Really cute place with music, pizza, cider, & wine, plus great spots for parking the trailer on the grass. Very responsive and friendly hosts - just a fantastic place for fun in the evening then quiet overnight. Thanks!

This stay was one of our favorites- serene and beautiful setting just outside Kansas City.  There are beautiful hiking trails , a shower house and hook ups.  The host was very helpful and accommodating.

Is kinda laid back…. Just our kind of place. We were welcomed upon arrival and directed to a great spot by the sheep! Thanks for the hospitality!

Lovely vineyard! Very peaceful and beautiful setting. We were greeted by cows in the morning. The wine tasting was amazing too.

This is a historic piece of the cold war. Site of a weapon of mass destruction from the 1960’s and a stark reminder of the days when MAD (mutually assured destruction) was the primary deterrent to a nuclear holocaust. Educational and a must see location if you’re anywhere in the vicinity. The host is super informative and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

What a unique and beautiful property! The missile silo tour was so informative and fun. And the property was just beautiful! Highly recommend this unique gem! A must-stopover as you are traveling! The host was super accommodating, too!

We were extremely pleased with our stay. The Tomcat room is amazing. What an incredible gift to see the inspiration behind the Top Gun movie. Actual memorabilia. The staff were incredible. Very knowledgable, friendly, & delightful. A definite MUST on your travels.

This was a great stop for our Class A and tow vehicle. Directions are clear and it’s easy access. The Veteren’s Memorial, museum and steam engine were great to discover and provided a nice walk. The food was excellent - try the burger and whisky battered onion rings, or do the excellent wings! We had a nice visit with a fellow Harvest Host guest. Great experience!

We are new to camper Van life. This is our third trip out and Littlr Acre was perfect for our needs. Host was very responsive and accommodating and we appreciated that so much. We had forgotten one of our equipment pieces (I’m so new to this I don’t know what to call it) and she had an extra for us to use! This was a work trip as my husband tunes pianos, and I journey along… We will be back!! 😊

I wasn’t expecting it but there was a great comedy show happening in the pub. Two different comics and they were good. Really enjoyed it. Stay was easy… simple backlot parking. Not terribly fancy but certainly got the job done. Food by taco truck parked by the building was also a happy surprise. Got the Mac and cheese with brisket and it was mammoth. Very happy with the beer and since I wasn’t driving any more that day I had several.

We had a perfect stay with our host. The property is so easy to get to from the Highway 70. The store has a bit of everything that’s yummy and the sausage bierocks,along with the horseradish mustard I purchased, were a great addition to our dinner menu. The menagerie of farm animals is nice as well. And you have to love all the sweet kittens that are so friendly!! Thank you and hope to see you again.
