This campground is truly luxury! Everything is spotless, they have laundry and plenty of restrooms and showers available along with a clubhouse that has a pool, a pickleball and/or basketball court swimming pool, hot tub, weight room, full. They have a small dog park (mostly dirt), a nice picnic area with grills available to use, and a nice walking path surrounding it. One really cool thing that we didn't know about when we reserved here was that it is right next to an Air Force Base and around 8:00 a.m. in the morning you could see fighter jets flying around the area which was fun. Highly recommend this campground. We left too early but they had a food truck visiting the afternoon on the day we left two which is a fun added amenity.

When is the best time to RV camp in Utah?

April–May and September–October are red-rock prime — warm days, cold-free nights, manageable crowds. Summer works with early starts and shade discipline (canyon country exceeds 100°F); winter dusts the hoodoos with snow and empties the parks for the hardy.

Can my RV go through the Zion–Mt. Carmel Tunnel?

Zion National Park enforces weight and size limits on the Zion-Mt. Carmel Highway. Vehicles that exceed these limits when entering at the South or East entrances will be denied entry, outside of a few exceptions. Before visiting, check the NPS's large-vehicle guidance page for details to ensure your rig can travel through the park.

Do I need reservations for the Mighty 5?

Increasingly — several parks have used timed entry or permit systems in peak season, and Zion's main canyon runs on shuttles most of the year. Got to the ranch and checked in. Perfect transition. Hooked up to the 30 amp available. Everything was great. We purchased some fillets. Area quiet, safe and secure. In the morning they offered the Harvest Host folks the same complimentary breakfast as the guest hosts. We did appreciate that.
